Therapy Fees

​

20-30 min. Introductory Call - Free

60 min. (F2F or virtual) sessions - €100

90 min sessions (F2F or virtual) €150

​

60 min. Walking Sessions - €110

90 min. Walking Sessions - €165

Last min. call - €15 (not to exceed 20 min. and subject to availability)

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT.  Please check with your insurance company for their reimbursement policy.  Invoices will be sent within 2-4 business days after session and must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions Policy

​You are expected to arrive on time, and at the time we have previously agreed upon.  If you are late, session will still end on time.  If a session is missed and no cancellation was made 24 hours ahead of the appointment, the session will still be charged at full and regular rate.

Exception to this rule may apply depending on conditions and it is up to the discretion of Mind in Balance Counseling staff.  Examples may be for inclement weather (icy roads) or if you or someone under your care has fallen ill suddenly.  Repeated no-shows without contact may result in being dropped as a client.
 

Any unpaid fees will be charged with accumulating late fees (2% surcharge per week delay). If the client refuses to pay their debt, the client's name may be provided to a collection agency to assist in debt collection.

Insurance Coverage 

As of April 1st, 2024 Mind in Balance Counseling and Michelle Voorn are registered with the ABvC and obtained an AGB code in order for our clients to receive partial insurance reimbursement. This will depend on your insurance company and your insurance policy.  You are responsible for checking what your insurance policy requires in order to qualify for partial reimbursement.
